Can I return purchases to an IKEA Planning Studio location?

We're unable to accept physical returns at the IKEA Planning studio.

We’re unable to accept physical returns at IKEA Planning Studios. However, you can easily process your return at any of our other IKEA stores, such as IKEA Hyderabad, IKEA Navi Mumbai, or IKEA Nagasandra.
For Store Returns (Change of mind case):
  • To make your returns process smoother, please fill the Express Return Form before visiting your nearest IKEA store.
  • If the product is assembled, kindly dismantle it and pack it as compactly as possible. Alternatively, you may visit the Exchanges and Returns counter directly with the product and proof of purchase.
  • If you made the payment by card, please bring the same card used for the transaction. Please note that refunds for all opened or assembled items will be issued as an IKEA Digital Refund Card (DRC).
For Online Returns (Change of mind case): Prefer to return your item online? We can arrange a pickup from your location. Please note that return pickup charges apply and are based on the product’s weight.
  • Fill the Return Form
  • Select 'Truck/Parcel Pickup' under 'How would you like to return the products?'.
  • Please dismantle the product if it is assembled, to enable a smooth pickup.
