Can I return a product that I have already opened/sealed or assembled?
You can return your products to the store within 365 days, even if the product is opened/sealed or assembled. We also have picking-up service from your home where fees are applicable.
For Store Returns (Change of mind case)
- Please dismantle the product and pack it as compactly as possible, if the product is in assembled condition.
- To make your returns easier, fill the Express Return Form before visiting your nearest IKEA store.
- Remember to bring your receipt or proof of purchase, and if you paid by card, please bring the same card used for the transaction. However, refunds for all opened and assembled articles will be issued in the form of an IKEA Digital Refund Card (DRC).
For Online Returns (Change of mind case)
- To enable a smooth pickup, please dismantle the product if it is assembled.
- And fill the Return Form (Please, select 'Truck/Parcel Pickup' under 'How would you like to return the products?'.
- We have dismantling/assembly services supported by our trusted partners: WIFFY and Urban Company.
- To book dismantling/assembly services, please click on the link and start by entering your location PIN code and search for the product you want the service.
