How do I know if my IKEA product is eligible for an exchange or return?
You can exchange or return your IKEA products within 365 days from the day of your purchase.
In case of 'change of mind', no matter what channel or store you bought a product in, you have the right to return your product where and how it suits you the best within 365 days from the day of your purchase.

B2B customers may return the products within 90 days, provided they are unused and in their original packaging.
If your product is damaged during delivery or assembly , you can raise damaged article claim we will exchange or return your products. Find out more about our returns policy. If any product is damaged within 14 days of purchase, IKEA Family member can get a replacement benefit.
Note: IKEA will be unable to accept returns or exchanges without a valid receipt or proof of purchase.
