How do I know if my IKEA product is eligible for an exchange or return?

You can exchange or return your IKEA products within 365 days from the day of your purchase.

In case of 'change of mind', no matter what channel or store you bought a product in, you have the right to return your product where and how it suits you the best within 365 days from the day of your purchase - if the product is used within a certain extent and is returned in a saleable condition. You will be refunded the product amount to your original mode of payment.

B2B customers may return the products within 365 days, provided they are unused and in their original packaging.

If your product is damaged during delivery or assembly (only on IKEA assembly), we will exchange or return or compensate on your products. Find out more about our returns policy. If any product is damaged within 14 days of purchase, IKEA Family member can get a replacement benefit.

Note: If NO proof of purchase can be found: we don’t accept returns or exchange.
