Do you have a guarantee on Mattresses?
We offer a "Love it, Exchange It policy for mattresses" wherein the customer gets to try the mattress for a minimum of 30 days. Can I return the articles directly to where it was shipped from?

What happens if I am not at home when the assembly coworkers visit?
Our team will call you an hour prior to reaching the location. Please let them know of any minor changes.
However, if the slot can't be attended to then the service would be cancelled. In case of any cancellation requests, you can always call/chat/email us 24 hours prior to the service delivery date so we can accommodate any changes.
Can I know the exact time of delivery?
At this point in time, we don’t have an option to choose a specific slot for delivery. Transport service providers ideally reach the customer to communicate on their time of arrival.
Is it possible to cancel my delivery at the doorstep?

Will the delivery executive call me before attempting the delivery or reaching my location?

All IKEA products are designed in Sweden and imported, that is why they are not custom-made. But you will also notice that most of our furnishings are modular in nature, which means you can 'customize' by picking pieces that would fit your own interior.
Can we reserve the article?
IKEA Store cannot reserve Market hall and Self-Serve articles. Full Serve articles can be reserved by the Sales team basis their discussion with the customer. Reservation will be valid for 7 days after the articles come back in stock, after which the system automatically cancels the reservation.
