Lovely bed frameAnonymous reviewerI bought this bed frame (plus the VÅGSTRANDA med/light mattress) for my guest bedroom. It took a couple of hours to assemble the frame, taking my time and care. I am very pleased with the bed frame and the mattress. The first guest to use it said it was very comfortable. The only negative point I canthink of is that the assembly diagrams are not as clear as they could be, but it all came together and I am very happy with it. Feels strong and sturdy. Underneath storage is helpful, the upholstered headboard is nice to lean on and the valance looks very nice.5

The bed is lovely but the Slatted base is not long enough to fit the frameAnonymous reviewerUnfortunately there seems to be a problem with the slatted base of this bed. It is not long enough to hook into the keepers at the head and foot of the bed so I have had to use cable ties to stop the slats from moving as they are not in the retainers at the head of the bed.
This item was delivered and I needed to assemble and use it straight away. I live Too far away From a branch of IKEA to be able to do anything about this. I would really appreciate some response from IKEA customer services. 2
