Great bed with one issueAnonymous reviewerFive stars for the bed, the styling, ease of assembly and (so far) longevity. It looks like new. However, the slats are a disaster. We’ve replaced them with LONSET, which is a bit thicker than the original LUROY, but more reliable.

Bad smell from a headboardAnonymous reviewerThe bed is quite nice and cosy. The upholstery looks rather attractive, it’s easy to clean, and I’ve got no complaints about that. However, there’s one major downside, in my opinion. For some reason, the headboard has an unpleasant, sharp smell, a bit like glue. I can’t say exactly what it is. Maybe I’m imagining it, but I sometimes wake up with a slight headache in the morning. The smell is definitely there though.

Lovely bed frameAnonymous reviewerI bought this bed frame (plus the VÅGSTRANDA med/light mattress) for my guest bedroom. It took a couple of hours to assemble the frame, taking my time and care. I am very pleased with the bed frame and the mattress. The first guest to use it said it was very comfortable. The only negative point I canthink of is that the assembly diagrams are not as clear as they could be, but it all came together and I am very happy with it. Feels strong and sturdy. Underneath storage is helpful, the upholstered headboard is nice to lean on and the valance looks very nice.
