Product details

Made of natural fibres – 100% unbleached and undyed cotton on the outside and 100% wool filling on the inside.

Wool is temperature regulating and keeps you warm in the winter and cool in the summer, which gives you an even and comfortable sleeping climate throughout the night.

Wool allows air to circulate, transports moisture away and gives you a comfortable sleeping climate with an even temperature.

A mattress protector between your sheet and mattress protects from stains and dirt and prolongs the life of your mattress.

An elastic strap in each corner keeps your mattress protector in place.

Machine-washable at 30°C.

There are other reviews showing that this has been an ongoing problem. Luckily was able to get a full refund, however I am disappointed as the product will now go to waste. Hopefully Ikea can fix this issue as a natural cotton/ wool product is better than the polyester ones available.2

On a natural wool mattress, t makes sense to have a natural wool protector to allow it to breathe and regulate temperature. Only reason I give it a 4 star is because it would be nice to have the sides of the mattress also protected with cotton fabric, even if this raises the price a little. It is a protector and not a mattress pad, or topper, so I feel it should have total mattress protection. 4
