very delicate glassAnonymous reviewerHad the lamp installed at correct height, but a tall friend of the family bounced his head at the lamp. It burst into shards which fell on his head. We were surprised that the glass of the JAERPLIDEN Pendant lamp is not tempered or hardened. Cannot imagined the shards would have fallen on a child or pet. Will raise a concern re product safety.

Would be 5* Anonymous reviewerPerfect light! Just what we wanted. Easy to install the only thing would be that you need a ceiling hook if you don’t have one already. It doesn’t tell you you need one until you’re on stage 5 of the installation. Just small inconvenience and would be 5* if they included the 50p hook or at least informed you somewhere on the box that you need one.

I simply used the shade with an IKEA Montera white shade ring (£1) to fit my existing white light fitting. THis worked perfectly and looks great. Simple to fit and high quality. In fact I am so pleased that I have bought 4 of them for different rooms in my house.
Super annoyed, glass is crooked!Anonymous reviewerFor starters, this lamp doesn't come with a hook that would cost 10p, so you have to order a hook separately, more importantly when hung it is crooked, and the sphere opening is not straight no matter what I did. Definitely a bad batch. Make sure to check before you buy.
