Not bad but not brilliantAnonymous reviewerI found the units a Bit fiddly to assemble and to get alignment correct, which I notice in other people’s reviews that they believe alignment cannot be achieved at all and design prevents good alignment. It can be, when assembled correctly. It takes a bit of trial annd error on the draws to ensure right fittings in right place and then inserted onto the runners. Instructions as usual were not great but a bit of perseverance and common sense prevails. I think some of the reviews are therefore rather unfair and inaccurate.
Some people also complained of assembled units being wobbly. If you do not secure the units to the wall they can be a little wobbly. Do as instructed, secure them with provided fittings to the wall and they are then anchored and solid.
The units themselves look fine and serve the purpose they were bought for.

Three hours in and physically impossible to assembleAnonymous reviewerSpent more than 3 hours on this and it simply does not add up. No matter which combination I try, the pieces don't fit. Either the middle shelf overlaps with the drawer, the drawers clash with each other, or the top door won't sit properly. It is literally not possible to assemble this as shown. IKEA ships a separate booklet for each component but nothing showing how the whole combination fits together, and the two drawers are different sizes which isn't obvious until you've already built them. For a £230 ready-made combination this is unacceptable. Will think twice before buying another configurable BESTÅ.
Do not recommendAnonymous reviewerWhen built cabinet does not look like it does in the picture. Took far too long to assemble and so many instruction booklets I lost count. Took all that effort to assemble only for everything to be misaligned. Steer clear buy something else.
Worst productAnonymous reviewerAs a long-time IKEA customer, I'm extremely disappointed with this product. After spending three days on assembly, thinking the mistakes were mine. I realised that the drawers and doors are simply misaligned by design. To add to the frustration, reaching customer service has been nearly impossible. This is unacceptable
Besta Glass Fronted Cabinet Anonymous reviewerLooks ok in the picture online but doesn’t fit together as indicated. Drawers are misaligned with gap of about an inch in between, no matter what you do it doesn’t fit/align with drawers and doors. If you try to align ( taking into account there’s a gap of an inch to start with the two doors end up overlapping the top of the cabinet !!
If only once put together it looked like the picture online 😢
Now reading other reviews it seems the worry about it being a bit wobbly aren’t unfounded either sadly.
Maybe IKEA could send and EXPERT to see if they can get it together to look like it does in the brochure ??!!!
