Can I track my delivery?

Yes! We offer order tracking online so you can keep up with the progress of your delivery.

We will always aim to keep you in the loop! Your order confirmation will let you know the type of delivery you can expect. You can track your order in the following ways: 

For smaller deliveries, DPD, our parcel delivery provider, will contact you, usually the day before delivery, with information on how to track your order. Please note that we are unable to view any additional information beyond what is shown on the DPD tracking site.

For larger deliveries, you should receive a text message on the morning of your delivery, which will include a tracking link to our live map site where you can follow the progress of our delivery team. 
If you have purchased online, you will be able to use the Track and manage my order tool to check the latest status of your order. You will need your order number, postcode and the email address you used to place the order.
