Can I cancel my online order before delivery?
You can manage, track and cancel the order you have placed online using your order number and email address.
We're sorry to hear that you're cancelling your order. You can simply manage and track the order you placed online through My Purchases. You just need your order number from your order confirmation email and email address. However, once your order begins to progress through our system we may not be able to amend or cancel it via this method. In this case please let us know.
If you have not yet received your delivery and are unable to amend or cancel your order through My Purchases, please let us know as soon as possible and depending on the status of your order in our system we may be able to amend or cancel it for you.
All orders are dispatched from our warehouse approximately two days before delivery the delivery date. After this time, you will need to refuse the delivery. Your refund will be processed within 14 days of receiving the goods back.
