Can I cancel my online order before delivery?

You can manage, track and cancel the order you have placed online using your order number and email address.

We're sorry to hear that you're cancelling your order. The simplest way to manage and track the orders you placed online is through My Purchases. You will need your order number from your order confirmation email and your email address. However, once your order starts progressing through our system, we may not be able to amend or cancel it via this method. If this is the case, please let us know.
If you have not yet received your delivery and are unable to amend or cancel your order through My Purchases, please let us know as soon as possible and, depending on the status of your order in our system, we may be able to amend or cancel it for you.
All orders are dispatched from our warehouse approximately two days before delivery the delivery date. After this time, the only way to cancel the order would be to refuse the delivery. Your refund will be processed within 14 days of IKEA receiving the goods back.
