How much does IKEA Pick-Up Service for returns cost?
IKEA can arrange to collect your return items from your home for a fee if you cannot travel to a store or if you would prefer the products to be collected.
Your item must be disassembled before IKEA can collect it. A collection fee of £25 will apply for returned items except when the item is being returned due to a Customer-Service-related issue.
