Are there any limitations for Click and Collect?
There are limitations for some Click and Collect orders, including minimum order values, quantities and product availability.
There is a minimum order value for DPD pick-up. Some products also require a certain number of items to be purchased online, and some fragile products will not be available for selected Click and collect methods.
At IKEA, we're committed to offering great value in a responsible way. To ensure our delivery service remains affordable and accessible for the many people, we're introducing a £15 minimum order value for parcel deliveries and DPD pick-up options, from 04 June 2025.
Some products will be available for selected delivery options in pre-set quantities, and certain fragile items will only be available through Click & Collect at a store, to ensure safe handling and a better experience. For smaller orders below the minimum value, Click & Collect at a store remains available, our most affordable option to shop online and pick up at your convenience.
When purchasing online, you will see available delivery options based on your shopping basket. In stores, our staff will help you find available delivery options.

With Click & Collect, you place your order online and then pick up your items at an IKEA store or a designated Collection Point. This delivery option is ideal if you’re flexible with self‑collection, want to avoid home delivery fees, or if you’d like to pick up your order at your convenience. This may be particularly useful if you are close to an IKEA store or if a secure delivery to your home is not feasible in your area.
