What can I do if I have left behind an item in the store?
We're very sorry to hear that you have either lost a personal item in store or left behind stock after purchasing it.
For lost personal items, please return to the store you visited where our co-workers will be happy to help. Any items we find should be updated in our lost property logger, so you can contact us and we can check to see if the item has been handed in. Please be aware that credit cards will be destroyed within 24 hours for security reasons.
If you have purchased an item in one of our stores and left it behind by accident, please return to the store with your receipt. Alternatively, you can contact us with your receipt details for further support.
