How do I tell you about delivery restrictions?
If you think we may have some difficulty reaching your property, please let us know.
Sometimes there are a few little bumps in the road. If you think we may have some difficulty accessing your property, please let us know. To ensure the smooth delivery of your order, there may be some things we'd like to know about when it comes to delivering to your address:
- Will there be time to load and unload?
- Do you live on a red route?
- Are there any height, width or weight restrictions on roads nearby?
- Are there any parking restrictions?
- Are there road accessibility issues?
- Will the vehicle require a parking permit?
- Are there any time restrictions?
There is no need to worry; at IKEA we will always find a way. However, to ensure a delivery that is first time right please let us know of any delivery restrictions in your area as soon as possible. If you are confident that there are no delivery restrictions that will impact your order, there is no need to contact us. We’ll see you at delivery!
