You can order small spare parts like screws, knobs, dowels, and other fittings for your IKEA furniture easily and free of charge on our website to be delivered to your home. Alternatively, small spare parts can be arranged at Customer Service desks in IKEA stores, though stock availability may vary.

Ordering small spare parts can be done anytime after the date you purchase the products. Here’s how you can order small spare parts.
How do I place a small spare parts order online?
There are two ways you can order small spare parts online:
  • Spare parts ordering tool
    You can access the Spare parts ordering toolon the IKEA website. This tool is not available in the IKEA App. To use the tool, you will need the 6-8-digit identification number for the spare part you need. These can be found in the assembly instructions for your product. These can be accessed from the product page on the IKEA website.
  • My Purchases on your IKEA Family account
    If your purchase is linked with your IKEA Family account, you can order small spare parts by logging into your account and going to the My Purchases page. Click on the "Order spare parts" button onthe page to access a list of products with spare parts available.


How do I place a small spare parts order in-store?
If you need a spare part urgently, some IKEA stores (excluding Plan & Order Points and other small‑format locations) keep a limited selection of commonly requested spare parts at their Customer Service desks. Availability varies by store, and not all parts are kept on hand.
To avoid an unnecessary visit or disappointment, please contact IKEA Customer Service before travelling to the store. A co‑worker can check whether the part you need is currently in stock at your chosen location.
