Do you provide extra or replacement parts?
Yes! You can order spare parts online and get them delivered directly to your door.
You can order smaller spare parts such as screws and dowels for free by clicking here. Smaller spare parts will be delivered directly to your home address in approximately 3 to 5 business days.
Alternatively, most of our stores (except Plan & Order Points) have a small spare parts selection available at Customer Services, but stock will be subject to availability.
If the part that you require does not have a 6 digit code in the assembly instructions, please contact us.
