How are frozen and chilled items packaged for the IKEA Food Click and Deliver service?
IKEA Food Click and Deliver orders are transported in temperature-regulated vehicles.
Food deliveries arrive in temperature-controlled, reusable crates, delivered straight to your doorstep by the driver. You can either carry the crates inside to unpack or bring your bags to the door and load them directly from the crate. All crates are transported in temperature-regulated vans.
Temperature Controlled: Frozen and chilled items are packed separately and kept at the correct temperature in special delivery vans.
Crates: Your shopping will arrive in reusable plastic crates. The driver brings the crates to your door. You then unload the shopping directly.
