How is my delivery order from IKEA Food Click and Deliver received?

Step-by-step information on how an IKEA Food Click and Deliver order arrives and things to remember.

  1. The driver will bring the crates to your door.
  2. You can then choose to:
    i. Take the crates to your kitchen to unload.
    ii. Bring your own shopping bags to the door and load them from the crate.
  3. After you have unloaded your groceries, the driver will take the empty crates away.
  4. A delivery photo will be taken to provide proof of a successful and complete delivery. For privacy, photos will only include the order/packages at the door/doorstep and will not include the customer's face (identity).

Things to remember:

Inspection: You or someone over 18 must be available to receive the delivery and inspect the goods.

No Unattended Leave: Goods cannot be left unattended or without someone to receive them at the address.

Driver Assistance: While the driver will bring the crates to your door, it's up to you to carry them inside and unload them.
