Where can I find my order number?

There are several ways to locate your order number, depending on how you made your purchase. The order number can be found on your order confirmation email, order form or on your invoice.

If you have made an online purchase, your order number will be included in your confirmation email (it might be in your "junk mail" / "Spam" folder), or you can check My Purchases if you were logged into your IKEA Family account when you created your order.
If you made an in-store purchase, you can find the order number on the order form you were given to pay at checkout or on the invoice.

If you have not managed to find your order number from any of the listed sources, please collect as much information about your order as you can find (date and time of purchase, order value, etc.) and contact IKEA Customer Service, and we will be happy to assist you in finding your order details.
