How can I access my order?
As an IKEA Family member, you can easily access your order online by going to your IKEA account. If you are not an IKEA member, go to the Track & Manage my order page to access your order.
If you used your IKEA Family card when purchasing or ordering, navigate to My Purchases to log in to your IKEA account to view your order (you will need to provide your e-mail or phone number and password to log into your IKEA Family account).
If there is no IKEA Family membership connected to your purchase, you can navigate to Track and manage my order to see the details of and manage your order (you will need to provide your order number and the e-mail or phone number used when placing the order).
