What happens if I don't collect my IKEA Food Click and Collect (Food to Go) order?
If not collected the IKEA Food order is retained until the end of the collection day, and then the order is cancelled and refunded.
If you do not pick up your order during your selected collection slot, your order will be kept until the end of your collection day.
If an order is not collected, it will be cancelled, and a refund will be processed within 14 days.
