I am not happy with the quality of part of my IKEA Food Click and Collect (Food to Go)or Click and Deliver order, what can I do?

If you need to request a refund for an item that was part of an online IKEA Food Click and Collect (Food to Go) or Click and Deliver order, then you can do so. You will need to contact our support team on 01216 255 240, not the normal IKEA Customer Service Centre, to look at the next steps in processing your refund. Alternatively, you can visit the store and speak to our Customer Service team.
Before calling, please ensure you have your order confirmation and Order number to hand.
In some instances, you may be required to return to IKEA Birmingham.
