Do I have to be an IKEA Family member to use the IKEA Food Click and Collect (Food to Go) & Click and Deliver services?
IKEA Food services can be used without an IKEA Family membership, but IKEA Family customers earn points from their IKEA Food purchases.
You do not need to be an IKEA family member to use the new IKEA Food services.
However, Click and Collect & Delivery are part of the IKEA Family program, where we bring that extra convenience to our members. By being an IKEA Family member and signing in before ordering, you will be able to collect loyalty reward points for these food purchases. As your points collection grows, useful rewards are unlocked, designed to bring your ideas to life.
