Refunds, Returns and Exchanges for IKEA Food Click and Collect (Food to Go) & Click and Deliver

Procedures for the return or exchange of IKEA Food service products purchased online.

If you need to request a refund, please contact our support team at IKEA Birmingham on 01216 255 240. You will be refunded within fourteen (14) days to your original payment method. Please ensure you have your order confirmation and order number to hand. In some instances, you may be required to return to the Service collection point in the Swedish Food Market, IKEA Birmingham store.
Returning or exchanging products is permitted at the point of collection or delivery, but afterwards it will not be possible to return or exchange frozen or perishable food and drink products which are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly, unless the product is damaged.

The central IKEA Customer Service available through the contact us page cannot offer support for IKEA Food Click and Collect (Food to Go) & Click and Deliver orders. Please contact IKEA Birmingham on 01216 255 240 for support.
