Chatbot is best at assisting with checking order status, rescheduling deliveries, finding product information, providing IKEA store opening hours, and answering frequently asked questions.
In addition to chatbot, you have access to all our self-service tools. Want to make changes to your order? View your order details by logging into the Purchase History page or searching for your order details on the Track and Manage Orders page. Through these, you can print a receipt copy of your purchase, initiate a return for a package-sized item, or order spare parts for a product you've already purchased.
