Can I get new receipt of my purchase?

If you are an IKEA Family -member, you are able to look for receipts for your purchases in your Purchase history. All receipts from in store and online purchases will be saved there from the past 3 years.

Track and manage orders -page you are able to look for your purchases using Order number and Email address or phone number you used when ordering online.

If you ordered online from our web store, your order confirmation can be used as receipt of purchase and includes VAT details.

If you made your purchase in store without using IKEA Family -membership, our customer service will help you to find the receipt you are looking for. Please prodive following information to when contacting the customer service

• IKEA Store where the purchase was made
• Date of Purchase
• Total amount of the purchase
• Last 4 digits of the card you used when making the purchase. (Credit/Debit combination cards have the card numbers on different sides: Credit is on front and Debit is on the back side of the card)
• Product(s) included on the receipt
• Your contact information
