Will you contact us if the delivery of the order is delayed?

Deliveries can sometimes be delayed. We apologize if your order has been delayed.

In the case of parcel pickup point, we recommend waiting for the arrival notification. In the case of an order delivered to your address, we will contact you about late delivery to arrange a new delivery time.
You can track the progress of your order on the Track and manage orders page by entering your order number and email address or phone number. If you need help with a delayed order, please contact our customer service via chat or phone.
