Why can't I place a Collect at IKEA location order?
If the nearest store does not have the product of your choice, it is unfortunately not possible to place Collect at IKEA location order.
In this case, you can proceed with the order by removing the product from the shopping cart.
Sometimes there may be a backlog of orders, and because of this service cannot be booked for a while through the Shopping Cart. We always do our best to respond better to the service demand!
