      Not Painted properlyAnonymous reviewerI really liked the look of this shelf in pictures and i the store but unfortunately once I got it home and assembled, I realized it was not paint properly on the front and there are noticeable lines on the metal end poles where the black paint does not cover. I tried calling customer service, but they would always try to transfer me to their 'Resolutions' department and the call would get disconnected. I couldn't bring it back as I do not live close to an Ikea and I had rented a truck the day I went there as I only have a civic (so it won't fit). Very disappointed.1
