Not Painted properlyHeatherI really liked the look of this shelf in pictures and i the store but unfortunately once I got it home and assembled, I realized it was not paint properly on the front and there are noticeable lines on the metal end poles where the black paint does not cover. I tried calling customer service, but they would always try to transfer me to their 'Resolutions' department and the call would get disconnected. I couldn't bring it back as I do not live close to an Ikea and I had rented a truck the day I went there as I only have a civic (so it won't fit). Very disappointed.1

"I believe that the objects people like - and are proud of - should really be seen in their home. So when I designed VITTSJÖ series I wanted to take that idea a step further. I chose materials that really bring out books, vases and other favorite things. The straight, simple lines of the metal give the furniture a graphic expression and put an attractive frame around all your personal things. And the glass creates a light, airy feeling. I'm very happy with the results - the furniture looks great no matter what style you have in your room. And it comes at a great price, too!"
