Assembly was very difficultPeterThere was blue loctite on the screws near the tip which made it impossible to start them by hand so we had to use the supplied tool which was very poor quality and the edges rounded off on both ends. Ended up buying a hex wrench set which allowed us to get the screws in and tightened. The 2 things I would do to resolve the issues we had would be to apply the loctite higher on the screw and supply a tool that isn’t soft pot metal

Excellent valuePatriciaI recently purchased this coffee table when it was on sale. I put it together in no time, and this was my first time assembling anything from IKEA (family members have always done this). Everything was in tact, in great shape, no dents or scratches. For the price, this coffee table is stable and is versatile. It received 4 stars as one of the legs of the taller table is slightly misaligned so when it's on own, it looks slightly off centre. However, I am keeping the set similar to how it's pictured, so this was not a deal breaker for me.

Looks nice but sharp corners LiviaWe had this for many years and think it looks really great. However many times we hit our shins on the corners and they are a really sharp metal! Also the glass top cannot handle a lot of weight so you can't put your legs up on it and have to be careful. In the end we got rid of it for something more comfortable that won't kill our legs walking by

Glass top came scratched AnonymousGlass top on the smaller table came with a straight scratch that spanned about 1/5 the of the top...quite noticable, terrible QA. Also black paint coating is uneven and looks like it bubbled slightly when drying... Now i have to return the entire thing since Ikea doesnt replace single parts. Great....
