DO NOT BUYSondraI asked for these tea towels for my birthday and I thought the red would look cheery at Christmas but not out of place the other 11 months of the year. The fabric itself feels nice but the packaging literally wrecked the towels. They are rolled up and PIERCED by zip ties. I ended up having to use some sharp cuticle scissors to undo the zip ties that were so tight and then of course the zip ties left holes ALL DOWN THE TOWEL. These are basically garbage now unless I want to spend 5 hours darning them. This is some really awful packaging. My only guess is that IKEA doesn't want these towels to last past January. I am very unhappy.

Best holiday towels since 2012!
These towels are good sized, and the color not only works at holiday time but doesn’t scream holidays the rest of the year. Will be in permanent rotation in my kitchen. They also make great gift wrapping for wine and other items.
