Good chair that needs an exit strategyElyseThis is a perfect height for toddlers at the table, sturdy amd easy to clean. The only downside is it's awkward for a little one to get out of by themselves... and you know they have to do it themselves haha.
Exactly what I neededYanieFirst off, putting it together was pretty easy. Just read the manual before you take everything out of the box. You'll see those bars everyone complains about are actually placed in the box just like the picture in the instructions.
For the price, don't expect a chair as sturdy as the $75 model. It's lighter and feels flimsier, but it's still sturdy, and my kid, who's on the heavier side, has never fallen off. The only downside is that since it's so lightweight, it slides around too much on the floor when your kid tries to get on it sometimes. Quick fix: I put some floor protectors under it to create more friction. Otherwise, I'm super happy with it. I really didn't want to spend a lot on something my kid would outgrow quickly.
So-soLeminThis is a cheap children chair. However, its design is poor. First, the instructions depict the two crossbars as being significantly different in length, but in reality, they are barely noticeable (about a 0.5-1 cm difference). Second, when fully assembled, the chair is unbalanced, with the legs noticeably different in height. Sitting on it is wobbly. I ultimately had to use brute force to straighten the bent legs. The only drawback of this chair is its affordability. If you have the money, I recommend the URBAN Junior Chair from IKEA, which the quality and design are perfect.
