Chairs are not in safe placeBasemThe folding dining table design is very practical, especially with the folding chairs stored inside the table body. However, the internal storage frame is made of iron, and over time it may scratch or damage the chairs due to friction during storage and removal.
To improve the product and protect the chairs, I suggest adding a soft protective layer (such as fabric, felt, rubber, or a cushioned lining) to cover the iron storage area. This will prevent scratches, reduce noise, and extend the life of the chairs while improving overall quality and user satisfaction.
sturdy table but assembly is tediousSylvieThe table is great for small spaces, very sturdy, and well designed once actually assembled but the assembly itself is extremely tedious. The instructions say to only leave four pairs of allen screws loose but in reality you also need to leave all the screws loose when instaling the shelves, otherwise there is too much tension in the structure to align the shelves. You also need to be extremely careful when affixing the legs to the tabletop for the same reason as too much tension on some screws causes the legs to misalign. That being said, if you are careful the assembly could take you < 2 hours, if not it will take you at least 3.

Versatile but slightly heavier than expectedRayVery useable table. Could be wider as a dinner table. For a bachelor, doubles as a gaming table and an ironing board table. Cannot see moving table without 2 people's help. I would recommend felt tabs on the bottom feet to make things easier. Storage in the middle is wider than similar IKEA tables with this design (at the moment), meant for folding chairs. Using modified vesken shelf in middle storage until I find something better. Have also though about a wrap to modify the look when I commit to use. Would like to see ideas for side panel to cover sides.
