Our safety feature Anchor and unlock enhances the safety of your chest of drawers by significantly reducing, but not completely eliminating, the tip-over risk.

The safety feature means that the chest of drawers must be anchored to the wall in order to open more than one drawer at a time, which creates a safer environment at home.

By anchoring the chest of drawer to the wall, you unlock the safety feature and can open all the drawers simultaneously when needed.

The frame is easy to assemble thanks to the clever construction with wedge dowels that are easily pressed into the pre-drilled holes.

You get a seamless look when combining 2 or more VIHALS chests of drawers, of the same or different sizes, as the drawers align.

Your home should be a safe place for the entire family. That’s why a wall-anchoring kit is included for you to anchor your chest of drawers to the wall.

Works but has its flaws. Not designed for disassembly, too many over-the-top safety "features"PeiyuThis item was very easy to assemble and works perfectly fine without the safety feature anchor. I agree with other reviews saying this item is way over-engineered for safety. I can only open one drawer at a time (cannot every remove all the drawers if I want to relocate the furniture) and the drawers stop extremely pre maturely. I have found that I cannot reach the items deeper inside. As someone who lives by himself w/o children, I should have an option to not use this feature. However, the biggest problem I found with this is that it is not designed for disassembly. Many of the screws are the type which go in easily but have reversed hooks making it literally impossible to be ever removed. This means the drawer chest can simply never be disassembled. Due to the size of the drawer, this means I can never bring the drawer out of the room.2
