Wood and wrinklesDanGenerally quite a nice chair, there are a couple of issues with my chairs. One of the front legs appears as if it has been patched or filled in some way. The bigger issue is the the fabric seem loose in some areas; the top back is quite wrinkled and areas on the outside of the arms look like they are pulling away or are stretching away from the underlying frame. All quite disappointing for an item at this price.

Comfortable and sturdy.Anonymous reviewerThis is a very comfortable chair to sit in and the edges provide firm support when getting up or down. Very sturdy legs and base that does not feel wobbly or tippy. When assembling leave all the screws very loose until all of them are in place otherwise the legs will not line up properly with the screw holes. Then tighten them all a bit at a time to pull the legs up tight to the seat. Also, the entire seat (arms, back) is one solid piece, not flat-packed (other than the legs) so be sure to have room in the delivery vehicle as it comes in a chunky carton.

Very comfortable but BAD label placementDeannaChair is very comfortable but placing the product labels at the front of the chair leaves you no choice but to cut them off. This then leaves a strip of white showing on the front of the chair. Put the labels in a better place!!! Oh ya, cutting them off means no possibility of return as part of the policy.
