They fluff up to a nice thickness after the first wash and wash without shrinking or changing shape. For years. Such good quality and value. 5

One night after a bath, one of these cloths that are already been washed) was left in the tub in a small amount of standing water. In the morning I picked it up and the water that was in the tub look like bright pink Kool-Aid.
It was so bright that I almost thought it must have been a coincidence and that the cloth had been used to clean up something pink and it leached out.
I put the other pink cloths in the sink with water and the same thing happened.
I took all of the towels and hand towels and cloths and soaked them in vinegar and washed them several times. But still if I soaked the cloth in warm water, it would continue to leach.
I really trust ikea products and hope this was just one-off. I avoid using these still, kind of a bummer. 2

Both folded over and sewn ends are coming undone SherrieThis is the first time I have purchased matching new towels in my 59 years of living. I am extremely disappointed. I purchased on February 11 and it is now May 11th so 3 months ago to the day. And I have had to sew the ends of 4 towels so far..and more coming undone. The same with the matching face cloths.

Soft and durableJanetBought these as they are soft and not too thick, so thought they would dry more quickly at the lake. We liked them so much we use them at home in the summer when the humidity is high too. I like the loop in the middle which makes it easy to hang from an hook. We have had a few of these towels and face cloths for several years now, and while they’re not always in the rotation, they have held up very well. We liked them so much we bought more on most recent trip to IKEA. 5
