Fancy but not so practical.JohnFirst of all the Utrusta documentation online is very poor. There are a couple small pictures but no video showing what it is or how it works so you're kind of guessing at what you're getting. I imagined that it glided in and out in some way and that is essentially what it does but in a more limited way than I hoped. Also there weren't any demo units in-store.
Once installed you realize that all of the shelves are attached only from the back on plastic clips with no side support so although we haven't broken one yet you should be concerned about loading one shelf with canned goods or other heavy items.
Also the mechanism wastes quite a bit of space with gaps of up to 5cm (2inches?) on some sides, so if you're trying to maximize you're pantry storage you may want to go with pullout baskets or fixed shelves.
All that being said, it has worked well enough for us that we didn't remove and return it. As long as you don't plan on overloading it you might think it's great.
