Poorly made and quite uncomfortableJosyI am sad to report that this sofa is poorly made compared to its previous version which we've owned for many years. The padding is cheap, hard and so uncomfortable. On top of it ours arrived with two crooked seats. Returning it for us is impossible - paid 160$ to have it shipped and to return it we have no support from Ikea. We have to find a carrier ourselves to return it and at quite a cost. Sad since IKEA was known to have great products which we've bought through the years but this sofa is clearly not up to the standards we were used to and signals the end of an era.
