Very sharpIvyWe have been using these for several months now and they are sharp like new. I liked the yellow one for strawberries for kids snacks. I wish they had safety covers though and I don”t love the colour combo - i guess the different colours help to distinguish them but it could have been 3 variation of the same colour like sand beige and it would look much nicer.

Great little knives!NicoleI love these knives and use them every day! I love them so much I have 3 sets, lol. I use them mostly to cut fruit and cheese. Blades are sharp and cut through easily, even a hard cheese.
