This is, technically, just a yellow plastic cone. When you pour liquid into the wide end, it exits from the narrow end, generally into whatever vessel you’ve positioned beneath it, rather than onto the counter. I have no further notes. Is it just a funnel? Yes. Has it changed my life? Before this funnel, I was pouring liquids freehand like a person with no fear of consequences. Every transfer was a gamble. Every countertop, a casualty, and now, and for the first time in years, I felt in control of my own kitchen.
