Faulty Product and No Easy ReturnSangheeI purchased an egg slicer online from IKEA, but it arrived with one of the thin wires already broken. I requested a return, but was told I need to visit the store in person with the receipt. Unfortunately, I'm currently unable to visit the store. Since this was an online order, I expected a more flexible and convenient return process. Disappointed with the experience.
