The cool and crisp percale quality is densely woven with a high thread count from cotton and lyocell. The material breathes, absorbs moisture, is resistant to pilling – and feels irresistibly soft.

Product details

The tight percale weave makes the fabric very durable and resistant to pilling. It has a matte surface and is wonderfully crisp, soft and cool to sleep in.

The cotton/lyocell blend gives you a strong and smooth material. Both fibres are soft, breathable and absorbent. Lyocell, made from wood pulp, is especially good at absorbing moisture from your skin.

The top edge of the sheet is sewn in a double layer and creates a decorative finish that you can fold down over the comforter.

Just as easy to put on as to remove and machine wash.

Très décevantLouisJe ne m'attendais pas du tout à des draps exceptionnels. Mais j'ai été exceptionnellement déçu quand je les ai essayés. Alors qu'ils étaient doux au toucher quand je les avais touchés au magasin, ils sont en réalité très "durs" et désagréables au toucher, en plus de se friper très facilement. Bref, la qualité laisse vraiment à désirer selon moi - il est possible de trouver beaucoup mieux pour le même prix. Bien sûr, nous les avons lavés avant de les essayer pour dormir, donc maintenant impossible de les rapporter au magasin pour remboursement. Mais ce sera certainement la dernière fois que nous achetons des draps chez IKEA!1

Sheets are not soft, and wrinkle very badly. JennyI am sadly disappointed in the quality of these sheets. The samples I felt, on display at IKEA, were soft to the touch (perhaps they had been washed 1000 times!). I washed the sheets I bought before putting them on the bed. I ran them through the laundry twice, and the sheets still felt rough. Not soft. Also, when taking the sheets out of the dryer, (I took them out as soon as the dryer stopped moving), the sheets were incredibly wrinkled. Not just a little wrinkled but crazy deep creases. I had to iron all the sheets in order to make them presentable. With my iron on the hottest setting, and steam, I was not able to get the wrinkles out of these sheets. 1

It’s noticeable because we don’t tuck the foot in. I’ll be shortening it after a few more washings. As our other sets wear out, I will replace them with more Ullvide ones. 5
