Has an electrical short….CynthiaI do like this lamp as far as the style goes, and it is handy when the power goes out, but it was just past the return period when the lamp developed a short and now when you touch it, it flickers on and off. I don’t know what the problem is, but obviously not very well-made.
Super cute & convenientMicaelaThis lamp is really beautiful and the handle makes it so easy to move around. Previous portable lamps from Ikea haven't been reliable for me but so far this one works great.
Separation equals non functionSoniaThe light is a practical and beautiful concept that comes and is sold in three pieces that don’t work without one another but were not sold together. I have the light but it doesn’t work. I have a functioning plug that charges the light and I have rechargeable batteries but the plug and batteries do not help the light to function. I get a red light, never goes green or other snd doesn’t work so left with nothing more than a light sculpture that doesn’t illuminate. IKEA is two hours from me so returning isn’t an option. Not happy.
Won’t fully chargeEllenNice light when it works but will not fully charge. Changed batteries and charged them in a charger. Plugged the lamp in and the light should show fully charged but kept flashing. Kept it plugged in recharge for 12 hours and light never went solid.
Great lampLindsayThis lamp is the perfect addition to my room! It’s very versatile due to its compact size! The only drawback is I didn’t realize it required rechargeable batteries which are sold by IKEA. The good news is regular batteries will work until I can get back and purchase the rechargeable ones as the price at IKEA is much better than anywhere else
Great lightChristinaGot this light to use at the cottage for the bedroom. We don't have electricity so it's perfect bright enough and rechargeable
