Battery does not chargeYvesI bought the Trixig drill 1 year and 3 months ago. I am now trying to charge it and even though I've tried 3 different USB-C cables, it will not charge. I contacted Ikea support and they wouldnt even provide a replacement battery pack since I am outside of the warranty. However, reading the other reviews, clearly I am not the only one having this issue. Very disappointed in the quality of this product.1

Lacks Power for Tight ScrewsEhsanI purchased this electric screwdriver specifically for unscrewing tasks, but unfortunately, it doesn’t have enough power to open even moderately tight screws. If you’re looking for something stronger for tougher jobs, this might not be the best option. I would recommend a more powerful tool for tasks requiring more torque.1
Products Missing PartsDinaI bought this item thinking I could use it ASAP, but was disappointed to find out you had to purchase 2 more items in order for it to work . Had to go back to purchase the USB-C which they had none in stock so had to go to Walmart! Then I had to purchase the tool bits!
