Nice CutleryEstelleI recently bought this item and have only used it a few times. The wight and balance of the cutlery is good my main concern will be how does it stand up to a dishwasher. The finish on my last gold cutlery (not from Ikea) did not stand up well to the dishwasher even though it was printed "Dishwasher Safe". Time will tell.4

What is stainless steel?
