WonderfulMichaelGot this lamp so that I dont have to turn on my bedroom light and the fact that it dims means I don't have to go and blind myself every time I turn it on. My only complaint would be i would of liked a light bulb with it
brightness is inconsistent/ lamp adjusts itselfYenSurprised that I couldn’t find another review that mentioned this, but the brightness is so inconsistent, as in, I adjusted the light to the brightness level I like and 3 mins later it either brights up or dims down. I dont know why it adjusts itself like that and it’s very very annoying. Maybe I got a defective lam idk. Only good thing is the lamp looks cute but that’s it..

Globe won't fitMindyIt's a long, long drive to Ikea so they've pocketed my money and I won't be able to return this. I love the look of the Tarnaby but the globe does not fit. Folks online say "maybe" to press harder on the glass but . . . um . . . no thanks. Slicing myself to ribbons is too great a price to pay. I'm super annoyed about this.

Love the Dimmer! AndrewFeels like an old school lantern (perfect for the lake) but without the kerosine or the risk of lighting the place on fire. Very bright when up all the way but can be turned down to be a great night light for the kids.

Great product! AtifI have bought few of these lamps in different colors in last many years. Used them as accent light, side table lamps, dinner table lamps. These are beautiful, durable, and practical. Vintage look goes well with rustic settings. Definitely would recommend these.

Cord color not niceJaneI was set to buy the yellow lantern but when I saw the cord was green, I changed my mind. Come on Ikea, match your cords with the color of the lamp or make it white not such a contrasting color. Its not a nice green either.
Beautiful with great lighting FabyanI love this lamp. Perfect for a little night stand or under a cabinet. The lighting is nice with a dimmer to adjust brightness.

Cute lampSaraReally cute lamp, just wish it took a higher wattage bulb (incandescent), as LED gives a family member migraines. The dimming feature works great, we use it instead of a night light.
Super cuteRachelLamp is small and cute, the black wire is a bit annoying but with planning can be well hidden from sight. It's very cute and adds warmth to my room. Dimmable lightbulb is also a huge plus!! Installation was literally just putting the glass bit on and screwing a bulb in.
Looks good but stops working SabrinaI bought 2 of these lamps with the recommended light bulbs from Ike’s. The lamps looked good and worked well. After 6 months they both suddenly stopped working just a few weeks apart. I tried changing the light bulbs, tried different outlets, they just don’t work anymore. When the first one broke, I noticed the knob didn’t feel the same as the other lamp, it had no resistance and was super loose so I figured something inside the lamp must have broken. Then a few weeks later, the other lamp stopped working but the knob felt normal with that one. I am very disappointed with these. They looked great for the few months they were functioning. I contacted ikea but nothing can be done since I am outside the 90 day window.
