Great while it last...JuliaI bought this a few years ago and it was the perfect solution for my tiny kitchen. Now that I have moved I tried to install it in my new kitchen and the feet will not stay in place and keep the tension. The rack now topples over even with the lightest weight on it. It was great while it lasted but not sturdy enough to be reinstalled in new spaces
Other colours would have been nice.HeatherI love the look of it but it would have been great if there was an option in colour. White would not go with my kitchen. Black would have been nice .
So useful for a renterRuheeI got one for by the sink to declutter and store hand soap, dish soap, scrubbies, dishcloths, paper towels and even got hooks to hang up scraper and bottle/straw brushes.
Got another for by the stove for oil/vinegar, salt pepper, silicone spatulas, cutting boards and hang measuring cups and spoons. I got back so much counter and drawer space back and it looks good too.
As a renter, this saves me a bunch of valuable storage space, and doesn't need any holes. It's surprisingly sturdy for something that doesn't need to be screwed in.
It's really customizable because you add any combination of trays, cups and hooks
Neat ideaSoThe rack was relatively easy to assemble, although it can take a bit of patience to fine-tune the position and height to ensure that it is secure. We use it for hanging cooking utensils and towels. So far, it's holding up and working wonderfully. We are pleased with the purchase.
Fell over randomly - disappointed GeneiaLoved it for the way it looked and saved space. But after less than 6 months, it fell over and broke special items in kitchen. I frequently checked if it was snugly fit, so I don't know why it fell randomly (at night).
Unable to assemble, needed a replacementZacharyI was unable to assemble this the first time I received it as one of the bolt was missing the drive hole and the frame was welded in a way that destroyed the threads on the inside (vital to keep the unit in place). Currently awaiting a replacement.
Absolute garbageGregHow is this even able to be sold? It is an absolute mess. Worst thing I have have ever encountered. We have lots of IKEA stuff and this was worst than anything. Screws don't fit and feels flimsy. Utter trash
Worst IKEA product everTinaThis product is so hard to put together - and I am speaking as someone who has put together the ikea bunk bed. It’s worse than any IKEA products I ever used, the quality is so bad that it’s so rigid to put them in place, and one of my hardware won’t fit properly I had to use hammer. It feels cheap as well. Very disappointed.
Great idea, poor qualityJeffreyMaking better use of the vertical s pace under my cabinets, great idea! There are designed rather smart and doesn't get in the way of outlets or switches. However, the welds are really poor! Don't overtighten the screws or the welds come off. Don't tighten it enough and risk the whole thing falling when it loosens over time.
Broke when reinstallingKateI had it in one place for a year and remembered it was easy to install and convenient to use but I moved to a different house and when I tried to reinstall it, the part that holds the arms at your desired length broke when I tightened it. The part looks like metal. Maybe it was my mistake, I wasn’t following any instructions but I didn’t expect the part to break off. I do like the product and I still have things to attach to it so I plan on buying a new one but I hope this isn’t something that could regularly happen, I could see a lot of people over tightening that spot and breaking it otherwise. Something pressure fit shouldn’t break under pressure, if there are times it could then there needs to be a big warning.
Jagged puzzlesPo1 of the parts 10051085 failed to go all the way in to lock the sliding leg, 1 of the parts 10045911 failed to clamp the bolt head properly and popped out. I used duck tape to hold it together, so it went underneath the sink instead of the countertop. Love the design and accessories available for purchase, but quality left to be desired. Assembled it before you leave Ikea.
SunnerstaCherylMade well. Looks great. Gives me extra room on the counter.
Space saverDeliaGreat for saving space on the counter top.
Great for small kitchens - don't overload itVickyWe bought 2 of these for our kitchen because we have almost no drawers and minimal counter space. Ours primarily holds all our cutlery on one rack, and then things like measuring cups/scissors/egg rings on the other rack. In the year or so that we've had it the rack has loosened and fallen over twice. Luckily only 2 ceramic spoons broke but it does make me a bit nervous. I think this could be helped if the adjustable end that you screw to tighten was wider/longer like the way the Umbra shelf is designed, so if the rack loosens, the feet help to prevent tipping. Or if it could be clearer on the recommended weight limit (other than the hooks on the sides) because I use the cup attachment with cutlery inside so the weight is distributed differently.
Good for the proce, butHoonGood for the proce, but not so strong.
Under counter organizerMoniqueGood but instructions not clear

What is steel?
Steel has unique characteristics when it is stretched and shaped since it remains strong. It provides strength to everything from skyscrapers and cars to bed frames and outdoor furniture. The steel industry is moving in the direction of more energy-efficient production and stronger steel qualities. It doesn’t lose any of its properties when recycled and today steel is one of the most recycled materials in the world.
