High quality office/gaming chairBorisThis is a chair that exudes quality - it made mostly of metal and premium plastics. It is stable and supportive in all the right places.
Armrests on this chair are soft, fully adjustable (height, forward/backward and angle) and sturdy. Armrests are synced with the back not the seat, so if you slouch, this may be an issue. Lumbar support is adjustable, and more importantly, not very aggressive. The base is strong and wide.
I also had some trouble with the infamous headrest screw, but I solved it by slotting the screw in the headrest first, before I installed it onto the chair. Once I got some of the thread going, I backed it out and placed the headrest onto the chair back frame as per manual and screwed it in without major issues. Headrest can be adjusted vertically but is not tiltable.
The mesh on the back and the seat is fantastic - it is super comfortable and feels soft to the touch. As for the seat tilt function, it is excellent as it is fully lockable in multiple positions.

While they are a bit better (a bit softer of a plastic) than the average office chair, they are just not as good as after market roller blade type wheels for smoothness and floor grip. That would normally be expected for an average chair, but this one also has NON STANDARD size mounting holes for the wheels. They have slightly smaller openings in the base, so standard aftermarket wheels don't fit!

“The idea with STYRSPEL was to design a dedicated chair for gaming – and at the same time take advantage of the extensive home furnishing knowledge that IKEA has. It had to be good-looking yet have all the necessary features and ergonomics needed when a match drags on for hours and hours. The inspiration for the design comes from the wire-frame models often used in 3D computer graphics. I hope that gamers of all ages will love this chair and want to use it for many years."
